By using HWProbe, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Service Description
HWProbe provides free, browser-based hardware testing tools. All tests run entirely in your browser using standard Web APIs. No software installation is required.
No Warranty
HWProbe is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Test results are approximate and depend on your browser, operating system, and hardware configuration. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any test results.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HWProbe and its maintainers shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Intellectual Property
The HWProbe product, its shared diagnostics engine integration, and all related branding are maintained by OneSpiral. The HWProbe name and presentation remain product assets even when parts of the infrastructure evolve independently.
Sponsored Placements
HWProbe may include affiliate links or paid sponsor placements after relevant test results or troubleshooting guide content. Sponsored placements are reviewed for fit before going live and must be clearly disclosed. If we cannot approve a launch sponsor placement before it begins, we will refund the payment rather than publish an unsuitable recommendation.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of HWProbe after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
